What is a good sweeper with Rest?

I need 2 sweeper with rest, so if you know two of them, tell us!

I would think only a Pokémon with the Early Bird or maybe the Shed Skin ability would work as a sweeper using rest. However, none of the Pokémon that have these abilities have great BSTs, and the only (viable?) one would be Dodrio, which has iffy bulk. Maybe you could use Houndoom. It’s stats are bulkier than I thought they would be. But I’m not sure how you should optimize your EV distribution nor what item you should use.

Shed Skin Scrafty is sorta usable and can sweep with Dragon Dance support.

I used Hydration Rest Lapras on a rain team once. Hydration instantly wakes you up in rain.

I think some suitable candidates would be Flareon and Snorlax, Snorlax with the chesto berry.
Here Are The Sets I would Give Them:

Snorlax @ Chesto Berry (more like a tank)
