I'm going to allow this question, to see how posts like this go. I would not allow it if it was asking for a team outright, but the supply of good responses will eventually be exhausted on a thread like this. There is also the likelihood that someone can post one answer that comprehensively describes all the good options, which I actually think would make for good content.
I am interested in toning down the 'open-ended' rule considerably, as I think the real problem lies in questions that are endless because they don't have *any* conclusive answers, i.e. lead to discussion instead. The rules page itself doesn't directly mention open ended questions as an issue, either.
