Do the Pokémon in Max Raid Battles change dependent on the weather?

I have been trying to farm Dragapult in the max raids for its hidden ability, but have been unsuccessful. (The location I’ve been using is Axew’s Eye, the weather is snowing) It started with a Kommo-o and then went to Hakamo-o. This repeated with another Kommo-o and then another Hakamo-o. Is something affecting this, or am I just crazy unlucky?

Weather doesn't affect Max Raid spawns, you're just unlucky. Out of curiosity, are you specifically searching for the rare purple beams, or just the red ones? Drakloak can also be found with its hidden ability from purple beams, and it's a lot more common than Dragapult (40% for a 4-star raid and 25% for a 5-star, as opposed to Dragapult's 5% for 5-star raids only).
