How can I get an espurr or meowstic with it's hidden ability?

I'm currently playing sword and shield, and for competitive I wanted to know how to get a meowstic with prankster.

Espurr is located on Route 5 as a common Random Encounter, and Meowstic is located on Route 7 as an average Random Encounter (Male/Sword, Female/ Shield.) If you're looking for one with its Hidden Ability then it's not so simple. Hidden Abilities can be found on Pokemon caught in Max Raid Battles. So you'll have to come across an Espurr/Meowstic Max Raid Battle in the Wild Area. Luckily if you find one it can pass down its ability via breeding which will help with breeding the perfect espurr needed for your team.
