(Go to 0:14) my bulbasaur won't get poisoned by a weedle how I can do this glitch?

I think Twineedle can poison a poison type in gen 1, but Beedrill is the only mon in that gen to learn it naturally
otherwise there's no way

Poison type Pokémon cannot be poisoned unless a Pokémon with the ability Corrosion uses a move that has a chance to poison your Pokémon (e.g, Toxic). Corrosion was introduced in Pokémon Sun/Pokémon Moon (Generation 7). You need a Pokémon that isn't a Poison or Steel type.
