Should I get rain dance on my dry skin heliolisk?

With my heliolisk on Pokemon x and it's current moveset is Surf,Volt Switch,Thunder bolt, and focus blast should I get rain dance for the dry skin heal or ignore it

It's more of a consideration if there are other Pokemon on your team that benefit a lot from rain.

With what moveset you have now, I would replace Volt Switch with Rain dance and Focus Blast with Thunder, since Thunder's accuracy rises to 100 in rain. You can buy Thunder at the Anistar City Pokemart. You can also give Heliolisk Leftovers for the double HP heal, that's what I did for mine.
