What happens if Shedinja uses Eruption/Water Spout in hackmons?

Will it be 150 base power every time or 1 base power?

Water Spout (and Eruption) are calculated via this formula

150 x current (1) = 150
Divided by Max HP (1) = 150

Shedninja will always have a max power Water Spout/Eruption
