What is different and what can you do in the Reverse World in Ultra Sun?

Question

I go to the Altar of the Sunne and find the option go to the Reverse World. I select it and come out at the Altar of the Moone, but I am not sure what I can do there.

Can someone please give me a list of the features that appear there?

• It allows you to go to Ultra Warmhole and Ultra Megalopolis.
• The time is inverted so day becomes night, night becomes day.
• You can get Cosmog.
• You'll also recieve Solgalium Z/Lunalium Z
