No, the Lucky Egg only affects the holder, for which it increases the EXP by 50%.

So if you had two Pokemon at the same level with Lucky Egg and Exp Share, and the Pokemon you defeated gave 1,000 EXP, the Exp Share would give each Pokemon 500 points, but the one holding the Lucky Egg would get boosted to 750.

  • They don't have to be identical but in B/W Pokemon get different EXP based on their level so it would be a bit more complicated.

No. Only the holder of the Lucky Egg will receive 150% experience.
The holders of the Exp. Share will receive normal experience.

Good luck training Larvesta! ~
