How is exp distributed between a Level 100 Pokemon holding a lucky egg and a level 90 Pokemon holding an exp share?

I have a level 100 Zoroark and a level 91 Magnezone. If I were to give my Zoroark a lucky egg and my Magnezone an exp share, how much of the total exp would my Magnezone gain if my Zoroark defeated a Pokemon?

Lucky Egg does not add a boosted amount of EXP for Magnezone, so that factor is out of question. The Pokemon, in this case Magnezone, should be holding the Lucky Egg in order to receive a boost from it. Magnezone would receive half the EXP total of the Pokemon defeated as it hasn't entered the battle at all you gain a boost.
