Ability: Speed Boost
EVs: 252 Atk, 252 Spe, 4 Def/Sp. Def/ HP
- Protect(Lets you set up a speed boost)
- Waterfall
- Ice Fang
- Crunch

Works pretty well.

Here's a little Suicide Carvanha Gimmick:

Carvanha @ Focus Sash
Ability: Speed Boost
Level: 5
EVs: 36 Atk / 196 SpD / 236 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Protect
- Taunt
- Flip Turn
- Destiny Bond
Explanation: Protect allows you to get a Speed Boost in, and also lets you know if the opponent was planning to attack or use a status move. Taunt is to make sure a Pokemon attacks you. Destiny Bond allows you to take down the foe. Flip Turn is for after you use Protect to get a little speed in so you can take out a more dangerous Pokemon that could threaten your team.

Life Orb boosts damage. Speed Boost is the crux of the set because it boosts Carvanha's mediocre Speed. The EVs are LCs Bread and Butter sweeper set. Adamant Nature maxes out the damage it will do, you don't need a Speed boosting nature because of Speed Boost. Flip Turn is a pivot move, and its STAB. Liquidation is STAB, and can lower Defense. Crunch is STAB, and can lower Defense. Protect lets you get in a Speed Boost. Aqua Jet may seem bad, but it can revenge kill when it comes in and can get a Speed Boost in. It can be situational though.
