Correct me if I'm wrong, but sumwun linked a Bulbapedia article right above this in a comment on the question. The Bulbapedia article had much more glitches than the few listed here.

There is a graphics glitch in resolution cave. If you use a ride pokemon, like Tauros, and go up the ramp in the area you encounter Zygarde, the ride pokemon's shadow will glitch out. While going down the ramp, the pokemon's shadow does not glitch though.
