In the Smogon suggested set it lists his tier as RU but under format it says NU. Not only that, but on USUM Smogon NU sample team threads, one of the suggested teams had Drapion in it! Is this because Drapion used to be NU and all these websites are outdated? Does this happen with other Pokémon too?
