Are there any trademark, copyright, etc. issues with Suicune?

Is there any problem with Suicune's image/trademark or anything else like Kadabra's problem with Uri Geller?

• In HG/SS it's the only legendary beast that doesn't run around Johto waiting for you to capture him
• In US/UM it's the only legendary beast that won't be distributed in the Legendary Pokémon event
• In the TCG it's the only legendary beast that doesn't have an EX card, and its the only one that won't receive a GX card in the Legendary Beasts product.

Is there any real problem with it?

I think part of Suicune's design is that it's supposed to be different from the other two, so the game designers and whoever makes the TCG are doing these things just to set it apart from the other two.

No, according to the article about Pokemon controversaries of Bulbapedia, there is no problem with Suicune.
Actually, Suicune won't be distributed because you can get it in Ultra Wormholes by getting two others.
Suicune has two EX cards, I guess.

As far as I know, no. Suicune doesn't have anything wrong with it.
