What move should I use to finish this Mega Charizard X moveset?

I chose that as the best answer as it had a good explanation as for why I should use will o wisp. However, my friends never bring hippowdon, kartana or Mimikyu or landorus.

I'm pretty sure the best move in this situation would be will-o-wisp. A lot of threats, including Mimikyu, Landorus, Kartana, and Hippowdon are physical attackers, and using will-o-wisp on them lets Charizard break through them much more easily.

There is a dedicated stallbreaker set, running wisp somewhat checks that you mentioned but generally hurts X's ability to break through important mons like Koko and Pex, which it really wants to get past. Also, CharX doesn't stay in on Mimik and Mimik doesn't switch in. Lando switches in but still does good damage with EQ even after burn and Hippo can still whirlwind and slack off the ddamage.  Slapping wisp onto normal CharX sets isn't the best idea

Well, the moveset is good. I'd prefer to go with Dragon claw or dragon rush. Because Mega charizard X recieve stab from both move and Tough claws will power up both move because they make contact. Dragon Rush has 100 base power, 75 accuracy and 20% chance to flinch and Dragon Claw has 80 power and 100% accuracy. I like Dragon claw to use on Mega Charizard X. And with Dragon dance, Tough claws and stab, It will become too much powerful. And Charizard can sweep.

How can a dragon claw become too powerful? But I appreciate your point - get rid of Dragon Dance for Dragon Claw? I can easily replace them with the Move Relearner. But should I keep Flare Blitz? Once, I FBd an Eviolite Chansey and ended up killing myself from recoil as the Chansey line has so much health, so I'm not sure on that one. Fire punch maybe? But that's a fairly low amount of base power...

Don't get rid of dragon dance. Just do Dragon Dance, Flare Blitz/Fire Punch, Dragon Claw, and Earthquake. I prefer Flare Blitz over Fire Punch.

Never delete dragon dance. It will raise attack by 1 stage. And tough claws will increase the power of flare blitz/fire punch and Dragon Rush or Claw. Both move's power will be ncreased because Mega Charizard X recieve stab from both.

Dragon dance is a status move, so it is all the same if it is a electric or normal type move.

If you don't  want to use dragon rush or claw, I suggest brick break. But most people use Dragon Rush or Claw on Mega Charizard X. You can also use thunder punch.

Brick break doesn't cover anything that isn't already covered though.

Here's what I suggest.

Charizard @ Charizardite X
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
-Dragon Dance
-Flare Blitz
-Dragon Claw
-Roost

I'd remove earthquake because flare blitz already hits steels for super effective damage, and most poison types and electric types will die to a plus 1 Flare Blitz. Roost is suggested because the recoil from flare blitz will whittle you down to be in priority KO range. The biggest thing that walls this set is Toxapex.

So I suggest adding this.

Landorus-Therian @ Flyinium Z
Evs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
-Swords dance
-Earthquake
-Fly
-Gravity

This gives you a ground immunity for your charizard, and this set will beat toxapex which your charizard can't fight.
