What are the chances of getting each bag in Super Training?

What are all the chances of all bags when you do this in the super training?

well for me, I always get a bag I don't need at the moment, like I'd get a SpD, HP, or Def bag when I'd be EV training a sweeper.

apparently, this is hard to data mine. However, most sources say: assume it is 3.4% chance for each bag (when hitting the blank bag) and to note that reset bag is less common from training regimes, and reset bag is more common when using a fully super-trained Pokemon (hitting the blank bag).
