What amount of HP does Moonlight heal in every weather in OR/AS?

I was wondering what amount Moonlight heals depending on the weather.

Moonlight heals 50% of your health when there is no weather, 25% of your health in Sand, Hail, and Rain, and 2/3 of your health in Sun, which makes no sense.

Moonlight is the same as sunlight except it was reflected off the moon before it reached Earth, so it makes a lot of sense that moonlight is buffed by sunlight. Also, I got sniped.

During no weather it restores ½ total HP, during harsh sunlight it restores ⅔ total HP, and during other weather it restores ¼ total HP.
