Does Mega Launcher Heal Pulse still heal more HP if reflected by Magic Coat or Magic Bounce?

I've wondered this for a long time, actually. I always knew Magic Bounce and Magic Coat could reflect Heal Pulse, and I always knew Mega Launcher boosted the health restored from Heal Pulse to 75%, but if it gets bounced, does it heal 50%, or 75%?

If you have Mega Launcher and you use Heal Pulse, but it runs into Magic Bounce, you only get 50% healing.

Regardless of what your own ability is, if you use Heal Pulse against a Mega Launcher target who uses Magic Coat, their bounce-back of the move will cause 75% healing.
