Why isn't Uxie appearing?

Question

It's between 8-9pm, and I have 3 Pokemon with max happiness in my party. What am I doing wrong?
Note: I already caught Azelf and Mesprit

Its only available for 1 minute not 1 hour like 8:59 - 9:00pm. By the way take mega Sableye none of the fairy trio can touch it (even stats with magic bounce).

its gen 7 it got magic bounce. mega sableye in this gen gets prankster as its ability

They are the Lake Guardians, not the "Fairies". They aren't even Fairy-type.

@Kirby Mega Sableye has magic bounce in both gen 6 and gen 7. Prankster is Sableye's hidden ability.

I know this question is 3 years old at this point, but I don't know the answer. My above comment was correcting the answer that was converted into a comment. The asker knows it appears between 8 and 9, but the answer said it could only appear between 8:59 and 9 PM.

1. If you changed your ds clock in the past 24 hours then it will ban you from all time based events for the next 24 hours.
2. Make sure your ds clock is on the right time. I have made this mistake many times. Unfortunately changing your clock back will result in the 24 hour ban for time based events.
3. Are you sure your Pokemon have maximum happiness?
4. Check your game cartridge and make sure that there is no dust or dirt on the cartridge.

Other than that it may be a glitch or something we don't know about.
