How to solve Charjabug Puzzle (Hard difficulty)?

I have successfully completed the Hokulani Observatory Trial, but this isn't it. After said trail, you can go back and do Charjabug puzzles for fun. I solved the Easy and Normal ones, but am having a terrible time trying to solve the Hard Difficulty one. Each puzzle requires a minimum number of 4 button presses.

Top left is 1
Top right is 2
Bottom left is 3
Bottom right is 4

Easy
1>2>3

Normal
1>4>4

Hard
3>3>3>4

Super Hard
2>1>2>4
