Is the Focus Blast TM worth teaching?

Question

Focus Blast is a Special move that has a base power of 120 but it's accuracy is 70. If it's a good move, what Pokèmon (excluding legendaries/mythicals) should learn Focus Blast?

Isn't Focus Blast kind of a staple for anything Special that needs an answer to Steel, Rock, Dark...?

Oops. Didn't read carefully. In that case, the best focus blast abuser in BSS would be mega Charizard Y, and you shouldn't be playing Anything Goes.

I prefer Aura Sphere. But there's not too much pokemon who can learn it that needs it.

Most Fighting-types are Physical attackers (not so much as Special attackers). But, only a handful of Fighting-types can learn Focus Blast as a TM. Here is a list all the Fighting-types that can learn it through TM:

Mankey / Primeape, Poliwrath, Machop line, Hitmonlee, Hitmonchan, Heracross, Combusken / Blaziken, Breloom, Makuhita / Hariyama, Meditite / Medicham, Monferno / Infernape, Riolu / Lucario, Croagunk / Toxicroak, Gallade, Pignite / Emboar, Timburr line, Throh, Sawk, Scraggy / Scrafty, Mienfoo / Mienshao, The Swords of Justice (Cobalion, Terrakion, Virizion, and Keldeo), Chesnaught, Pangoro, Hawlucha, Crabrawler / Crabominable, Stufful / Bewear, Passimian, Hakamo-o / Kommo-o, Pheromosa, and Marshadow

"Focus Blast is the only special Fighting-type move that has an accuracy lower than 100%." So, Focus Blast wouldn't be a worthwhile move to teach your Fighting-types.

Even though this move can be learnt by non Fighting-type Pokémon, it's best to teach this move to Special attackers and not Physical attackers. For example, Yveltal is the only Pokémon that can learn Focus Blast through level-up and TM. It is a "Bulky mixed attacker" (which Focus Blast would benefit it due to its high Special Attack) and can utilize this move fairly well.

It's a good move for Pheromosa, mainly because Pheromosa has good special attack but can't learn any better fighting attacks.
