I stole Barry's Snorlax in Pokemon Pearl version, then I transferred it to Pokemon Black 2. I checked with the IV Judge, and they were all near perfect (around maybe 29 or 30 in every stat). Do his Pokemon have great IVs or was I just lucky?

Using a Master Ball doesn't work lmao. Don't know where you got that from.
Did you read the description on the video?
This isn't a direct duplicate question so I'm fine with this one. I feel like I'd be looking for a reason to hide stuff if I were to take this down as a duplicate. The answer to that question doesn't seem reliable to me either.

There used to be a site that gave trainer lists for all the main games. It hopped around between domains, and is now completely expired, but an old copy of the page is still available: https://web.archive.org/web/20160724094643/http://upokecenter.dreamhosters.com:80/articles/pokemon-video-games/pokemon-diamond-and-pearl/pokemon-diamond-and-pearl-trainers/

In this list, Barry is referred to as "Cedric", and he has several different teams with his name attached depending on how far you are in the game and what starter you picked. All opposing trainer-owned Pokemon in this game have IVs at a uniform level across the board, and you can tell what level that is from the list. If a Pokemon has a number in brackets such as [150], that number represents the IV level, but to convert it into the actual number, you have to multiply by 0.12: in this case, 150 x 0.12 = 18, and you'll be dealing with 18s. If there is no such number in brackets, that trainer uses straight 0s.

Oddly, Barry's teams as the game goes on have increasing numbers here, which adds a fitting sense of difficulty but defies the mythos behind how IVs work and team continuity. From the start of the game, you get [30] = 3, then [50] = 6, [80] = 9, [100] = 12, [150] = 18, [200] = 24, and finally [250] = 30 for the endgame battle.

I played the whole game to answer your question. And the number of barrys Pokemons IVs are set in a range depending on games progress. Like barrys starly has a range of 12-15 IVs in 5-6 stat. And all barrys Pokemon before elit 4 has IVs in a range of 23-25 in 5-6 stat. And after elite 4 this range is 29-31 in 5-6 stat. And if the amount is 5 stat then the 6th one will always be 3-5. So Berrys Pokemons IVs are set in a range depending on where in the game you are. So this is absolutly random that whether the number will be highest of the range or lowest of the range. And it is also random that 6 of his pkmn sta will get the IVs or 5 of them. So here are some of his Pokemons IVs before elite 4 that I found out. Enjoye
