So, let's say I want a Scrappy Panchum. Can I breed an Iron first Panchum to get a Scrappy Panchum?

You can only get a scrappy pancham if you breed a female pancham with scrappy and another mon from panchams respective egg group

Since the 6th generation
Depending On if you have a male or female with a HA you will either have a
20% of passing on with only a male
60% of passing on with only a female
and an 80% chance with both parents having the hidden ability

Note when breeding a male with a HA ability with ditto it always for me anyways has a 50/50 chance of being HA
