In a way, yes. The glitch Pokemon -PKMN and 8 (DE) have the same index number as Marill in Generation 2, so if it were possible to transfer those Pokemon, they would become Marill. However, I can't find information on Bulbapedia that says it's possible. Other than that, there are no hidden Pokemon that might be Marill.
