Do I substitute Samurott for another Pokemon?

not the move! I'm just asking if I should get another Water HM Pokemon. this is for B2, and, personally, I feel guilty using legendaries...

It really depends. Surf is a good special attacking move, so if you have a physical attacker Samurott, then I would say maybe find another Pokemon if you want it to be useful in battle and outside of battle, or keep it if its a special attacker.

Keep samurott, has a base special attack of 107, that means summurot will be hitting with STAB surf (145 BP) i'd personally keep him because that will hit really hard
