How do evolve Eevee into Umbreon?

I try but I just don't know how to evolve it I know this website says 'Happiness,Nightime' but how

Use vitamins (can be bought in Laverre City)
Get massages once a day in Cyllage City (house directly to the left of the Pokemon Center)
Battle with it without letting it faint
Have your Eevee hold a Soothe Bell
Catch an Eevee in a Friend Ball (this will automatically set happiness to 200)
Get Colorful Shakes at the Juice Shoppe in Lumiose City (mix three berries of different colors)

After doing some of these, talk with the happiness checker girl in Laverre City (she's in the Pokemon Fan Club building). If she says "It looks really happy! It must love you a lot." the friendship is at max and your Eevee can be evolved! Level up your Eevee in a battle or with a single rare candy anytime after 8PM and before 4AM and you'll get your Umberon. Good luck! :)

First of all, to evolve Eevee into Umbreon in X/Y, you'll have to gain full friendship. After that, you'll have to level up DURING 8PM and 4AM. It should evolve. If you accidentally evolve Eevee into Espeon, then you must've leveled it up during 4AM to 8PM, so make sure you check the time.

use it and level it up a lot, try not to let it faint, and use items on it are all easy ways to level up happiness. And do this at night. It will take awhile

First the best way to start is to catch an eevee in a Luxary ball to increase the happiness (best place to buy is in Lumisose pokéball boutique). Then in one of the houses in Shalour City you can obtain a soothe bell from a lady then give that to your eevee to double the amount of happiness it earns. In super training you can get soothe bags to increase the happiness of your eevee. Winning battles also gains happiness but don't let your eevee faint as that will decrease the happiness. If possible always keep your eevee in your party as walking with your eevee increases happiness also. If you go to the cylagge Pokémon centre and go to the house on the left of it a lady will give a massage to your eevee raisng its happiness (you can only do this once per day) when you think your eevee is happy enough level up eevee at night to get umbreon (or in day for espeon).
