At this moment we have no idea, and scouring the internet has shone no light on it. As of now we can only make assumptions. Here are two of the most popular theories:

- It will either evolve with a Shiny Stone, or they will introduce an Ice Stone.
- It will evolve in the same manner as Glaceon; you need to be near a special icy rock.

But there are no solid facts yet.

Yes, there is a new Stone Called the Ice Stone that Evolves Alolan Vulpix into Alolan Ninetales. The same goes with Alolan Sandshrew and Alolan Sandslash to Evolve it.
