Moves and Weaknesses?

Do moves that do damage according to the user's level factor in weaknesses? So moves like Seismic Toss and Night Shade.

No, they do not factor in the target Pokémon's weaknesses, only their immunities. For example, a Lv 50 Sableye using Night Shade on a Psychic-type will still deal only 50 damage, even though Psychic is normally weak to Ghost. However, Normal-types like Kangaskhan are still immune to Night Shade and therefore will take no damage.
