Has Volcanion been released in Japan yet?

I would like to know since I just got a Japanese Volcanion through
Wonder Trade, and am VERY worried that it is hacked.
If it is hacked, can my game be hurt by this?
And also, will it affect my competing in competition via setting off hack checkers???

Yes, Volcanion was released in Japan just today. As far as I know, your game cannot be hurt by hacked Pokemon, I probably have a few and my game is 100% fine. It will probably set off hack checkers if it has illegal moves, ability, etc. however I'm not sure if it will set of hack checkers if it is hacked and has legit moves, ability, etc.
