Try this tank.
Aegislash @ Leftovers
Ability: Stance Change
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpD
Sassy nature
-Swords dance
-Gyro ball
-Shadow claw
-King's shield
Use swords dance and then attack. Whenever you're in blade form, use king's shield to become shield form again. This way, if it's slow enough, it will never be attacked in its vulnerable blade form.
I've already tried this exact Aegislash set, except its nature wad bold, and it always got killed before I could pull off a Swords Dance.
Why bold? It lowers the attack stat...
Why do you want a Pokemon viable in Ubers -- a Smogon-run tier -- if you aren't following Smogon rules?
And why limit yourself from all legendary Pokemon? Ubers is comprised of all the super-powerful legendary Pokemon, so by avoiding them you're putting yourself at a massive disadvantage.
If your mentality is that all legendary Pokemon are overpowered, please consider revising that. So many legendary Pokemon fit well in OU and Battle Spot games, such as Landorus-T, Heatran, Thundurus, Latios, etc. By limiting yourself from legendary Pokemon, you're also closing off some great options like these.

If you want to use Pokemon who are tiered as Uber, you have two choices: Blaziken and Aegislash. But Blaziken use Life Orb (which is accounted for on your team) and it's mega stone, which you do not want to accommodate for. So that leaves you with Aegislash. I've used Aegislash with the set below with some success on my team. It fits the roll as stall quite well whilst still able to inflict damage. It'll be a good partner for Gardevoir... but including another Ground weakness on your team might leave you to be too easy to counter? What I like about this set is that you can switch Leftovers for Weakness Policy and Substitute for Wide Guard (or even another attacking move like Shadow Sneak for priority... or Pursuit/Fury Cutter even!) quite easily and you have a different Pokemon completely.

Aegislash @ Leftovers
Ability: Stance Change
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpD
Quiet Nature
- King's Shield
- Substitute
- Shadow Ball
- Flash Cannon

But if you just want someone who is Uber viable... You have a pretty much all out attacking team, so you may want to consider a suicide lead like Froslass or Infernape to setup entry hazards, inflict status and hopefully take an opponent down with Destiny Bond/Endeavor. I love to use Infernape as a suicide lead because no one expects it, and certainly in your team most opponents would assume it's and attacking set.

Infernape @Focus Sash
Ability: Iron Fist
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Naive Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Taunt
- Mach Punch
- Endeavor

Or perhaps even Klefki to setup entry hazards/dual screens/inflict status damage?

Infernape is by no means viable in Ubers. It's a gimmick that won't work in decent play.
The only Klefki is SwagPlay Klefki.
