Ok, I just got a shiny Grumpig from the GTS. I need help with a moveset for it, though.
IVs:Max Atk, Max Speed EVs:All over the place, need to reset. Nature:Hasty(+Speed, -Def)
Hm. While Hasty isn't really the best nature, I think it's salvageable... kind of? Here goes nothing.
