Roar went before trick room?

Question

I was on battle spot and clicked trick room on my musharna, but then the opponent's lucario used roar AND WENT BEFORE MUSHARNA. how is that possible, since roar has -6 priority? I later switched in musharna and did the same thing, and ROAR WENT BEFORE TRICK ROOM AGAIN. How is this possible?

Trick Room has priority -7, lower than Roar, and also the lowest in the game.
