No. Scizor is way too passive without Swords Dance to properly abuse Trick Room. It just loses ton of momentum vs Corviknight, Landorus-T, Heatran (without Superpower), etc. etc. As a Steel-type, Melmetal is just better as it can properly pressure Corviknight with Superpower + ThunderPunch/Earthquake as well as Landorus-T with Ice Punch or even Double Iron Bash deals a ton.
The set you're using is also bad. 252 Def are worse than 252 HP as the latter adds to both defenses, and a Scizor without Superpower, Swords Dance or Roost can't touch Corviknight or Zapdos which is lame. If you want to use Scizor, then it's mostly in bulky balances or screens HO as a Roost pivot or Swords Dance roost. This is the set:
> Bulky SD (Scizor) @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Technician
EVs: 248 HP / 56 Def / 204 SpD
Impish Nature
- Swords Dance
- Bullet Punch
- Knock Off
- Roost
The Defense makes you bulky while the SpD allows you to handle Kyurem more easily. Swords Dance boosts Atk so that you aren't stuck hiting like a wet noodle without attack boosts.
Alternatively, here are offensive SD LO and a Choice Band sets:
Scizor @ Choice Band
Ability: Technician
EVs: 176 HP / 252 Atk / 68 Def / 12 Spe
Adamant Nature
- U-turn
- Bullet Punch
- Knock Off
- Superpower
Scizor @ Life Orb
Ability: Technician
EVs: 40 HP / 252 Atk / 216 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Swords Dance
- Bullet Punch
- Knock Off
- Roost / Superpower
Superpower hits Heatran which resists both of your STABs. Knock Off removes item and is good with Bullet Punch's coverage generally.
tl;dr use it in a balance or HO rather than Trick Room. The team you are using is ABR's Trick Room which is really GOATed, after all. So that team is perfectly fine and does not need any changes.
Hope this helps!
