The only way is to breed it twice. First breed it with something like a slaking that knows counter. After the egg hatches you take the new zorua and breed it with something that knows sucker punch like a dugtrio or furret. Once that second zorua hatches it should have both egg moves.
Unfortunately there is no way to get both of those moves from breeding only once
