How do you breed a Mawile with both Sucker Punch and Ice Fang?

Question

I'm wanting to make a competitive Mawile for awhile now but I don't know how to get both sucker punch and ice fang on it. I don't think that there are any Pokemons that have both sucker punch and Ice Fang on them. What do?

Ice Fang.
Breed a male Snubbull (learns Ice Fang at level 1) with a female Mawile to get a Mawile with Ice Fang.

Sucker Punch.
Breed a male Rattata (it learns is at level 19) and breed it with a female Mawile to get a Mawile with Sucker Punch.
EDIT: you dont have to breed Mawile to get Sucker Punch, it learns it at level 46.

Ice Fang and Sucker Punch.
Breed the two Mawile you got from doing the above (they have to be male and female) and you will get a Mawile with both Ice Fang and Sucker Punch.

To get a Mawile with ice fang and sucker punch first you need to have a Pokemon with ice fang that is male then breed it with a female Mawile. Breed until you get a female mawile with ice fang.
Then breed a male Pokemon with sucker punch with mawile with ice fang. There you have it,
a mawile with both sucker punch and ice fang.

This is called chain breeding

Note: Before Pokemon x and y only the male Pokemon can pass egg moves, so you can only get a mawile with ice fang and sucker punch on Pokemon x and y
