Why can't I trade in ORAS?

In Oras, I have used Powersaves and now I cannot trade AT ALL. It says no matter what there is a Pokemon I cannot trade in my party. How to fix???

Make sure you the follwing are done:

• You must have helped Wally catch a Pokemon and obtain the PlayNav.
• You must have at minimum 2 Pokemon in your party.
• You cannot trade away Pokemon that know any HMs.

If none of the worked, it can be that the PowerSave has blocked off your trading capabilities.
