Why can't I trade my hacked Pokemon?

Question

I was trying to trade Shiny Level 100 Pokerus 31IV Victini and it said "There is a Pokemon in your party that cannot be traded." Why?
Note: I was in trade not GTS.

I'm pretty sure it's something with the 3DS's new processing power. Game freak probably put every attribute about a pokemon into the cartridge (or added it in an update) so that it works like showdown's battle searches, but with trade. Might I suggest also testing  incompatible moves/ability that the pokemon can have (incompatibility means that the pokemon can't have them at the same time fyi) ? Just for future reference.

There is something illegal about it. Either it's stats, recieved information or the fact that it's shiny..... Victini can't be shiny. This makes it illegal and therefore untradeable.
