Where is the move tutor in unova?

I have a piloswine ready for evolution but I can't find a move tutor. In what location is he? I am in the black version

This page and this page on Serebii give you all the details you need on the move tutors in both B/W and B/W 2 respectively, since you didn't specify which, but I am going to assume you require that for B/W 2, what with all the new Pokemon from other regions you can catch, and hoe B/W are now sort of out dated.

I do no think you need a Move Tutor. To evolve Pilowswine into a Mamoswine, you need it to learn Ancient Power, a move Piloswine learns at Level 1.

Thus, you need the Move Relearner

The Move Relearner can be found in Mistralton City, in the house next to the Pokemon Center.

Keep in mind you do need a Heart Stone in exchange of Ancient Power, though.

Note:  Ancient Power can be learned as a Move tutor move only in Platinum and HG/SS, not in any of the Unova games.

There are several move tutors in Unova. In fact, they can be found and located on this website.
If you want to move tutor Piloswine, do this:
1) Search Piloswine
2) Scroll Down to "Move Tutor Moves", and click the link that reads: details
3) Scroll down to Black/White or Black 2/White 2 (depends on what game you have). This gives you a location of the move tutors.
