Note I did not include recommended Easy or Challenge Mode levels. Easy Mode should be just a bit under the given recommended levels, and Challenge Mode a bit above. Lenora and Elesa are famous for giving players trouble, so my recommended levels for them are higher than their aces. These levels should be easy to obtain, what with an abundance of Audino in Unova.
