One of my favorite Pokemon is Elective and I was wondering, do you give your Electabuzz a Electrizer after you got it from a trade, or do you need to receive the Electabuzz holding the Electrizer?
You must receive it holding the Electirizer. Ask one of your friends to exchange the Electabuzz with you while it's holding the Electirizer and then trade back and boom you've got an Electivire.
