Is Trick Room Rampardos viable in Doubles?

Question

Little idea for doubles.

Lead with an attack invested, speed reduced Rampardos and a trick Room user. Equip a focus sash to Rampardos and then let it go with Stone Edge or another hard hitting move?

Or..

Switch in same but banded Rampardos with trick room already up and let it run riot with some hard hitting moves?

Thoughts?

Choice Scarf Ramparados doesn't work, so this may be a viable option. If you are to set this up, try out these sets:

Rampardos @ Choice Band
Ability: Mold Breaker
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Def
Brave Nature
IVs: 0 Spe
- Head Smash
- Crunch
- Double-Edge
- Protect

Cresselia (F) @ Magnet
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Def / 252 SpD
Relaxed Nature
IVs: 0 Spe
- Trick Room
- Psychic
- Charge Beam
- Protect

I just think that maybe give a different move to Rampardos than protect as it can't then use any other moves
