I decided he would want one for in-game and competitive, so you can include a movesets and EVs too.//

Which should be the canidate? Who will surpass and become the Freddy?

Snorlax is better Competitivley. Insanely Bulky and Great attack he can Take hits and Dish them out. For sets.
