What boost does BL2 get in Tier Shift on PS?

Are they treated as RU or UU?

Pardon me if there's another question about this already.

BL Pokémon are included in the boosts as well with BL Pokémon getting a +5 bonus and BL2 Pokémon getting +10. If any Pokémon are banned to BL3 in the future, they will receive a +15 boost like NU Pokémon do.
