Is it possible to fish up a Speed Boost Sharpedo in ORAS?

If I can't get it that way then I won't be able to get one...

You have to use the DexNav while surfing on Route 118 or 119 in order to catch a Speed Boost Sharpedo. You'll have a higher chance the more you encounter Sharpedo with or without Speed Boost.
