If I put a Male Cute Charm Skitty when receiving the HA Unova Starters' final evolutions or recieving the Starters you get from Prof.Elm will I have a greater change of getting a female one ?
Nope Cute Charm only affects encountered Pokemon, not Pokemon received from events/npcs.
