Got White & diamond, but want the old legendaries like deyoxys and mew (2) any way without AR?

The old games to me are the best. I just think all the pokemon are way cooler and better. I've seen the meteors from space in diamond and White but don't know ho to get deyoxys to appear, and don't have a clue as to what to do about mew and mew2.in my opinion, gen III starter pokemon were the best and the best pokemon to me are: jirachi, deyoxys, mew(2) rayquaza, groudon and kyogre, darkrai, dialga and ho-oh, but I have no idea how to get them!?! Please help!

To elaborate on Wesley's answer, you have to transfer them from Gen IV games. In Gen IV you can get said legendaries via Pal Park or events, such as WiFi gift.

You have to use the poke transfer to get them from over from another game. they cannot be caught on the game.
