There are a lot of them:

  • Meloetta (Pirouette)
  • Numel / Camerupt
  • Volcanion (although not officially released) (NEUTRAL)
  • Larvesta / Volcarona (NEUTRAL)
  • Magcargo
  • Heatran
  • Chinchou / Lanturn (NEUTRAL)
  • Rotom W (NEUTRAL)
  • Lotad / Lombre / Ludicolo (NEUTRAL)
    ...

Essentially, if a dual-typed Pokémon has one type that is super-effective against the other (e.g. Ludicolo is Water/Grass. Grass is super-effective against Water), it would be considered "super-effective against itself". Also, any Ghost-type or Dragon-type Pokémon is super-effective against themselves. There are a huge amount of such Pokémon. If you want to see the full list, look at the source.

EDIT: Massive thank-you to fondant for pointing out neutral damage.

Type them all out please?
I would but I don't want my answer to be gigantic. If you want to see all of them, look at the source : )
Ludicolo, Volcarona, Volcanion, Lanturn, Rotom-W and Ludicolo are all wrong. Their typings mean they take neutral damage of what they would otherwise be weak to.
Good point. Forgot about neutral damage. Thanks for the reminder
