Essentially, if a dual-typed Pokémon has one type that is super-effective against the other (e.g. Ludicolo is Water/Grass. Grass is super-effective against Water), it would be considered "super-effective against itself". Also, any Ghost-type or Dragon-type Pokémon is super-effective against themselves.
