Easier way to encounter Alomomola?

I am trying to catch Alomomola in Omega Ruby in order to breed Aqua Jet onto Azumarill. According to Serebii, the earliest Alomomola can be caught is on Route 122, but only through DexNav encounters. I haven't been able to find one, and I was hoping that there was an easier way to catch it. I'm in the postgame, by the way, and I have the National Dex, so I am able to encounter Alomomola. I just can't succeed.

I'm sorry this isn't a direct answer to your question, but I advise catching or breeding a Psyduck, then evolving it into Golduck. Golduck gets Aqua Jet as a level 1 move, so you might need a Heart Scale.
