Change Rhyperior to Landorus-Therian and Talonflame to Heatran. Conversely, use Aegislash. Literally any good Steel type will work or anything bulky enough with Intimidate, like Arcanine. Rotom-Heat is the old VGC 14 Mawile stopper. Be creative and use a type chart.

You can find literally every bulky fire or steel type to suit your need to counter Mawile. Arcanine works, Rotom-H works, Skarmory can work, you just have to resist Fairy and Steel.
