The planned Jolteon set:
Jolteon @ Life Orb
Modest/Timid Nature (please tell me which one)
EVs: 252 Sp.atk/252 Spd/4 Hp
-Thunderbolt
-Signal Beam
-Shadow Ball
-Volt Switch

If Hidden power is being suggested, I cannot do HP Ice.

Yes, I think that you should replace Espeon with Jolteon. Espeon has a redundant typing with Gallade on your team, and 3 of your 6 Pokemon are weak to electric, which Jolteon's ability (Volt Absorb) will help with. Also I like to run Timid on Jolteon, especially since you're giving it a Life Orb. If you decide to run HP, I would advise HP Grass if you cannot get HP Ice.

On a similar note, I also think that you should replace Swellow with something else, since it's redundant on your team that has Talonflame. Maybe a rocks clearer since SR really hurts Talonflame, or a bulky steel type like Ferrothorn to help with your Fairy weakness.
